Add videos and put them in order.
Search your library from the channel editor, or tick a channel under Add to channel on any video. Drag to reorder, and star the one that plays first.

Pick a Channel URL name for its address, then add a description, your logo, your colors, a button and your links.
A public channel plays for anyone with the link. A private one plays only for the people you invite, after they sign in.
The address is play.stillhaven.io/c/ followed by your URL name: 3 to 32 lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, unique across Stillhaven. Change it later and the channel moves, and links to the old address stop working.
Set Visibility to Private, enter an address under Viewers and press Invite. The email goes out at once with a link to set a password, good for seven days. The viewer shows as Invited, then Active.
Anyone who opens the channel signed out sees a Sign in to watch page with your logo. Viewers sign in with their password, or press Email me a link for a one-time link that lasts two hours. A sign-in lasts thirty days on that browser.
The Progress card lists each viewer, most recently active first, with videos watched and finished and when they last watched. Lessons opens one viewer's row video by video. Watched means three quarters; finished means the end.
Press × beside a viewer and their sign-in stops working. Viewers belong to one channel, take no team seat, and never see the console.
A private channel keeps its preview quiet too: a link pasted into a chat or a post shows the title and that the channel is private, with no image.
A logo top right (PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG up to 2 MB), Custom bar colors for the bar and its text, and a Custom player color for the play button across every video in the channel. If the bar colors are too close to read, they are dropped on save and you are told.
A Description beside the video, a call-to-action button such as "Book a call", your website and up to six social links. Your company name sits in the footer and in invite emails.
Slides, a workbook, a zip of resources: attachments sit under a Downloads menu on the channel page, up to 500 MB a file, and count toward your storage. Private viewers download them after signing in. Studio and up.
The footer carries a small Hosted on Stillhaven mark until you tick Hide the Stillhaven badge in Branding settings. Every plan with channels can turn it off.
The editor
Videos, basics, description, branding and links save together when you press Save channel. Attachments and viewer invites save the moment you add them. Only videos that have finished processing can be added, and taking one out of a channel leaves it in your library.
A long channel loads its list a page at a time as viewers scroll, so a series of dozens of videos does not load them all at once. Private viewers see Up next and a Previously watched row that follows them between devices; on a public channel that row lives in the viewer's own browser.
When a contact buys, joins or is tagged in your CRM, the CRM can add them to a private channel, and take them off again when that changes. Each channel's CRM integration card shows a Grant URL and a Revoke URL. Have one automation post to each with two fields: email, the contact's address, and secret, an API key with channels:write.
Remove the tag, and the Revoke URL takes them off.
It works with HubSpot, Ontraport, Zapier, and anything else that can send a webhook. ActiveCampaign sends the whole contact, so the key goes in a contact custom field instead. A granted viewer gets the same email as a hand-made invite, and granting someone already invited changes nothing. For your own code, the REST API adds and removes channel viewers too. Studio and up; on Creator, you invite viewers from the channel's Viewers card.
One private channel per client with their deliverables in order, your logo on the page, and the files they need under Downloads. Revoke access when the job is done.
Every talk from a conference or every night of a run, in programme order, on a public page you can send to everyone who was there and everyone who was not.
Onboarding or how-to videos for a team, private, with each person's progress on one card so you can see who has finished.
Lessons in order behind a sign-in, with your CRM opening and closing the door. Read more on video hosting for course creators.
Public and private channels, invites from the console, per-viewer progress, your logo and colors, and badge removal: Creator and up. Attachments and granting viewers from a CRM: Studio and up. Solo has no channels. Channels are managed by admins. See every plan side by side or pricing.
Plays in a channel count in each video's analytics, alongside its embeds and share page. Deleting a channel is immediate and there is no trash for channels, but the videos in it are not touched.
A channel is a page on play.stillhaven.io, not your own domain, and it is not an embeddable playlist: you embed videos one at a time. It does not take payments, so if you sell access, your checkout or CRM does that and the CRM integration lets people in. A private channel does not make its videos private elsewhere; each video's share page is its own setting, and you can turn it off or put a password on it. Progress is tracked per person only on private channels, where each viewer signs in.
